SECURITY ARRANGEMENT WITH SMHART SECURITY

Management entered into a service delivery agreement with Smhart Security to provide an internal security patrolling service at GAMHOA. This agreement to be discussed and renewed annually on the AGM.
Herewith for your information a concise summary of the agreement:
Smhart Security to provide a dedicated vehicle patrolling service at Gamtoos Mouth Development and do the following with immediate effect.
1. Smart will provide a full 24/7 service patrolling the development constantly using a Smhart Vehicle clearly displaying and indicating ‘GAMTOOS MOUTH’
2. Shmart will distribute flyers advertising the service and the procedures to all within the resort. Also display on the notice boards.
3. Smhart to communicate the monthly fee to all their comprehensive clients at Gamtoos Mouth and partake in a robust marketing strategy in order to retain existing customers and to sign up as many new members as possible.
4. Smhart to hand out as part of the marketing strategy a sticker indicating the Smhart call emergency response telephone number 081 566 5917 to all our residents.
5. Smhart to ensure that the Security officer on duty is trained and suitably equipped to render this armed response service.
6. Smhart to maintain an Occurrence Logbook and Patrol clock system to be submitted monthly to GAMHOA.
